We understand that purchasing precious items online requires trust, and we strive to make your shopping experience as transparent and secure as possible. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

1.Our Commitment to Quality and Authenticity

Every gemstone and piece of jewelry sold by Sun Point Jewellers undergoes rigorous quality checks and is accompanied by a laboratory certification from a reputable gemological lab. This ensures the authenticity and stated characteristics of your purchase. We stand by the quality of our products.

 2. Return & Exchange Period.We offer a 5 days return or exchange policy from the date you receive your order. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Original Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must be free from any scratches, damage, alterations, or signs of wear.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all boxes, pouches, and protective materials.

•Original Certification. The original laboratory certification card/report must be returned along with the gemstone/jewelry. Failure to return the original certificate will result in a deduction of amount from your refund, as a re-certification fee will be incurred.

•Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase from Sun Point Jewellers is required.

Customized/Engraved Items: Please note that customized, engraved, or altered items are generally not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. This will be clearly communicated at the time of customization.

1.Contact Us: Within the 5-day return period, contact our customer service team at wasiahmed10@gmail.com or  chat on whatsapp 9831261646 Please provide your order number and the reason for your return/exchange.

2.Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.

3.Secure Packaging: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including the original certification. Ensure it is securely protected to prevent damage during transit.

4.Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. Sun Point Jewellers is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

5.Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection by our gemologists to ensure it meets all eligibility criteria.

5. Refunds Processing Time: If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Deductions: As mentioned above, a re-certification fee will be deducted if the original certificate is not returned. Any shipping charges paid by the customer at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

• Partial Refund: In certain situations, a partial refund may be issued (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts through no fault of ours, or becomes stained).

6. Exchanges: if you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and indicate your desire for an exchange. Once your return is approved, you can then place a new order for the desired item. Any difference in price will be adjusted accordingly.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours of receipt) with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you.

8. Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours  of placement, provided the item has not yet been shipped or customized. Once an item has been shipped or customization has begun, the return policy will apply.
