Order value of gemstone ₹5,000 and above → Free Shipping
Order value of gemstone Below ₹5,000 → ₹299
Order value Crystal Products - Towers, Bracelets, Malas, Raw Crystals (Shipping charges as per weight or distance)
2. Delivery Time: in kolkata 2-3 days
Other city's 5 days
3. Order Processing
We usually process and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.
All gemstones are packed in tamper-proof and secure packaging.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number via Email / SMS.
You can track your order on the courier’s website.
5. Important Notes
During peak seasons (Diwali, Akshaya Tritiya, Wedding season), delivery time may increase slightly.
Wrong or incomplete address may attract extra shipping charges.
We take extra care while packaging natural gemstones to prevent any damage.
